I got to know Serene as an ex-coll in Motorola and later part I got to know that she is working in Prudential. Serene is a very genuine and sincere agent. There were tough questions and challenging situations but never did Serene shy away from any of them. Serene has been my Financial Adviser for the last 5 years, and during that time, there was never a moment where I felt I was being taken for a ride.   I have had my fair share of less-than-desirable experiences with financial advisers. Serene does not fall under that category at all. That is dedicated service.   Serene’s pleasant demeanour, affable personality and familiarity with the financial tools available to her made it a no-brainer for me to get my wife and now my daughter onboard to Prudential under her. Serene is definitely my top adviser of choice from Prudential!
